Allah (swt) enjoined on us to “help each other in goodness and piety” [Al-Ma'ida 5:2]

The Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him), also narrated that seeking knowledge is incumbent upon every Muslim. [Ibn Majah]

Utrujj aims to fulfil our obligations to call others to seek knowledge and spread goodness.

The launch of the current Utraise initiative sees some of our dedicated volunteers working to provide us all with opportunities to compete in increasing our good deeds and spread goodness to assist us in our path to paradise, insha’Allah.

What is Utraise you ask?

The Utraise initiative has two main aims:

1. To raise awareness about the work Utrujj does, emphasising the importance of this work especially the obligation to seek knowledge and spread goodness within our communities;

2. To raise much needed funds to help further the work of Utrujj and fulfil our obligations to call others to spread goodness and to seek knowledge.

Different teams of volunteers are each organising events for this purpose which will take place over the next month or so insha’Allah.
Our volunteers invite us all to share in the rewards of these initiatives insha’Allah.

Why Utraise

For our regular students, you will know the impact Utrujj has made on your lives. For those who are new to Utrujj, please join us and come along to one of our courses to gain first hand experience. You can also support their initiatives by sponsoring them and can make any donations online. Please add the teams name as a reference if you want the funds to be allocated to their target.
